Welcome to Borneo88 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform is accessible at https://borneo88.cam.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", or "you") and Borneo88 governing your registration, access to, and use of all services offered on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, arcade games, and any promotional programmes.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3.1You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on Borneo88. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended and all funds therein will be forfeited or returned at Borneo88's sole discretion, subject to applicable regulations.

3.2You must be a natural person accessing the Platform in your own name and for your own personal entertainment. Corporate accounts, joint accounts, and accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

3.3Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account only. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") to circumvent restrictions, access multiple welcome bonuses, or abuse promotional programmes is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.

3.4You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of using online gaming services in your jurisdiction before registering.

4.1To access the gaming services on Borneo88, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, email address, and phone number.

4.2You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Borneo88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Borneo88 immediately via live chat or the support email address. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your Account.

4.4Borneo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, or if the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or collusion.

5.1All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT).

5.2The minimum deposit amount is RM 50. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and will be clearly displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

5.3Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified in the Player's name. Borneo88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.4Borneo88 aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for standard amounts via supported local payment channels. Complex cases, KYC-pending accounts, or unusually large amounts may be subject to extended processing times of up to forty-eight (48) business hours.

5.5Borneo88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC), in circumstances where unusual activity has been detected, or where the Player's account is under investigation.

6.1Borneo88 may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.

6.2Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3While a Player has active Bonus Funds in their account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per selection is MYR 300, unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

6.4Bonus offers are generally valid for one (1) account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to exploit multiple bonus offers through multi-accounting, VPN usage, or other means constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.

6.5Borneo88 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, particularly in instances of suspected abuse or technical errors in the offer configuration.

• Game Contribution: Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live dealer games typically contribute 10% to 20%. The full game contribution schedule is available in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds not wagered within the specified validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting) will be automatically removed from the account.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain bonus offers impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings (typically 3x to 5x the original bonus amount).

7.1All bets placed on Borneo88 are final once confirmed. Players are advised to review all bet selections, odds, and stake amounts carefully before confirming any wager.

7.2Borneo88 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that: (a) the bet was placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement; (b) odds were published in error; (c) the bet was placed in connection with fraudulent or collusive activity; or (d) technical errors affected the integrity of the market.

7.3In the event of a voided bet, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. No additional compensation will be payable in connection with a voided bet.

7.4For live football and in-play markets — which are particularly popular among Malaysian bettors following Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and international tournaments — markets may be suspended during goal attempts, VAR reviews, or other significant match events. Bets placed during market suspension will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Borneo88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account or using another person's account without authorisation;
2. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit promotional mechanisms;
3. Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets;
4. Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or mathematical errors in games for financial gain;
5. Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other illegal financial activity;
6. Accessing the Platform via a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or bonus eligibility rules;
7. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other Platform process;
8. Misusing Borneo88's customer support channels, including filing false disputes or chargebacks.

9.1Borneo88 is committed to maintaining a secure and legally compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we are required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests above a defined threshold, and in certain other circumstances at our discretion.

9.2Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence; a recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months); and a selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document.

9.3Borneo88 will endeavour to complete identity verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving satisfactory documentation. During this period, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

9.4Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable time, or submission of falsified documents, will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

10.1Borneo88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended solely as a source of entertainment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for certain individuals and we have implemented a range of tools and policies to help players maintain control.

10.2The Platform is strictly restricted to players aged 21 and above. Any Player found to be under this age will have their account closed immediately.

10.3Players may, at any time, apply the following self-management tools by accessing their Account Settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily pause your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) to allow reflection.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and will remain in effect for a minimum of six (6) months.

11.1All content on the Borneo88 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and marketing materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of Borneo88 and/or its licensed content partners.

11.2Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its content.

11.3Unauthorised use of Borneo88's intellectual property — including the brand name, logo, or any proprietary game content — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

12.1The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Borneo88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or data presented, or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.

12.2To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Borneo88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any transactions or bets placed on the Platform; (c) unauthorised access to your Account; or (d) any technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting the Platform.

12.3Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Borneo88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.1Borneo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been operated in breach of these Terms, applicable laws, or in a manner that prejudices the integrity or reputation of the Platform.

13.2Where an Account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, Borneo88 may forfeit all Bonus Funds and, in cases involving fraud or criminal activity, withhold Real Money Balances pending investigation or legal proceedings.

13.3A Player may close their own Account at any time by contacting the Borneo88 customer support team. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules, and the remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to standard KYC completion.

14.1These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Borneo88 customer support.

14.2If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

14.3Notwithstanding the foregoing, Borneo88 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in connection with breaches of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.

15.1Borneo88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

15.2Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
